My client, a leading chemical company is developing the procurement department and is currently looking for a senior lead buyer who will be responsible for the packaging sector. You will be joining a company that started over 100 years ago and have now grown to over 3000 employees with offices across 50 location world wide. The current head of direct procurement is in need of a right hand man who will be in charge of all global purchasing, sub contracting, market analysis and leading all processes for the packaging sector.
To be successful candidate must have:
- 5+ years strategical purchasing experience
- Any Packaging background (essential)
- Experience working with sub-contractors
- Fluent in German & English
