My client, an industry leading proprietary Data provider, are looking for a Support Analyst to join their team. They are a leader in providing data analytics tools to the biggest names in the financial sector, such as the London Stock Exchange.
You will be responsible for all incoming client queries, identify the best course of action, and resolve or document and escalate. This support analyst will also work with the product management, operations and programming teams to help analyse and resolve client data queries. Furthermore, you will have experience working with the Jira systems and finally visit client's and carry out basic training on the services.
Key Skills
* Experience of Market Data Systems (Bloomberg, Reuters)
* SQL
* Excel
* Jira
* Financial markets
* University degree, preferably in a technology discipline
* Strong analytical capabilities
* Good communication
