The Aquarium is a leading visitor attraction located in the North West and home to an array of animals in over 60 naturally themed exhibits from around the world from the British coast, the Mediterranean, coral reef and the tropical rainforest.

The Role:

They are looking for a Guest Experience Administrator to join their highly motivated team. Working closely with the Front of House Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the office. Your primary focus will be to answer telephone calls, e-mails, process bookings for birthday parties, dives, classroom sessions as well as dealing with any customer queries.

Additionally, you will be required to carry out cashiering duties on a rota'd basis. Typical duties of this role include managing floats and cash levels and daily reconciliation of the sales and cash on site.

This is a permanent position for which it is essential that you are available to work during weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.

You will have a positive can do attitude with bags of enthusiasm. You will thrive in a customer focused environment. As well as a strong communicator, you will be super organised and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. They are looking for someone with previous experience in using on line booking systems and Microsoft packages.
