Legal Aid Costs Draftsman (Permanent)
Are you an experienced Legal Aid Law Costs Draftsman? An in-house firm based in Huddersfield/Wakefield are looking for a Legal Aid Costs Draftsman to join their team.
You will have previous Legal Aid experience within Family in a cost related position as this is vital to the role. You will also have experience of CCMS.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Preparing Claim 2 bills
- Preparing breakdowns for negotiations
- Preparing legal aid claim 1 and claim 1a bills.
- Preparing documents in support of Notice of Commencement
- Preparing papers to accompany N258 form.
The salary for the position is £25,000 - £35,000 and dependant on experience.
