Requirements:
* At least 2 years relevant experience within a busy office environment
* Sales admin experience
* Stock control or logistics experience would be an advantage
* Experience working within an industrial office environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* IT proficient - MS Office
* Must be a team player
* Ability to work under pressure
* Highly motivated
Responsibilities:
* Dealing with customer queries
* Advise customers on best products for their needs
* Handle quotations
* Meeting and greeting customers
* Administration duties
* Typing and filing
* Handling customer complaints
* Co-ordinating orders with suppliers
* Receiving and processing orders
* Updating recording and adding new stock to inventory
