We are looking for experienced all round Multi Traders to carry out maintenance repairs around West London and Hounslow. Please see job requirements below.
Essential job requirements:
- Strong Carpentry - Hanging doors ect
- Plumbing - new bath mixers ect
- Plastering (Patch is fine)
- Painting and Decorating
- Lock changing
- UPVC
- Ideally floor laying
- To be qualified in at least one trade (City&Guilds or NVQ)
- UK Manual driving licence
- Strong maintenance and social housing experience
- Use of PDA Device
