Would you like the opportunity to represent our client in the luxury travel industry working in a modern environment and being apart of an ambitious team?

This role would involve working with customer enquiries and working to convert calls into holiday bookings as well as confirming online holiday orders.

My client, a well established and growing company is looking for dynamic sales professionals to work in their modern offices in Chester. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in the travel industry which has a generous bonus scheme and fantastic earning opportunities.

You will be a driven individual, with previous sales experience in the travel industry who is target driven and has the ability to develop a rapport with customers in order to meet their holiday needs.

They are looking for part time and full time sales advisers to join their hardworking team. You will be responsible for helping to make holiday dreams come true through your excellent sales and customer service skills. Responsibilities:

  • Identifying customer needs through effective questioning
  • Using all suppliers and systems to find the most suitable match
  • Overcoming objections to close the sale
  • Process customer payments
  • Using supplier websites/systems to confirm the different sectors of the booking
  • Load details of the holiday accurately into the back office system
  • Work towards booking targets
  • Send travel documents to the customer at the time of booking
  • Providing a high level of customer service
