Credit Controller (Permanent)

A fast paced client in Newport are looking for a Credit controller to join their large team in a friendly but fast paced atmosphere.

Essential skills and experience:

• Experienced in either credit control or collections - speaking to customers in regards to arrears, taking payments or arranging payment plans
• Strong administration skills
• Experience of taking payments
• Good I.T. skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Able to speak with people at all levels including Decision makers and Management
• Confident to make outbound calls
• Team Player - absolutely crucial
• Able to communicate well both written and verbally
