An immediately available customer services role in Cirencester - in lovely, modern offices with onsite parking!

Paying £20,000, you will work full time Monday to Friday office hours, on a permanent basis.

You will have a mature level of customer services experience, with the ability to up sell and close a sale.

Ideally you will have a qualification within psychology or similar.

Day to day you receive calls enquiring about the service - some if these calls will be highly sensitive, so empathy and clear, informative advice will need to be delivered, this is an advisory role and full training will be given on the service, you will explain the service, talk about costs and answer any questions the customer may have. You will have the ability and questioning technique to understand whether the customer is interested and consequently if they wish to proceed with the purchase - in some cases this will involve calling the customer back at a later date to confirm purchase.
