LGV2 / HGV2 / Class 2 Driver - Derby (Temporary)

Kenect Drivers are currently recruiting for an experienced LGV2, HGV2, Class 2 driver for long term ongoing driving work with our Derby based client.

As an LGV2 driver, the work will involve:

- Local & national furniture deliveries for a prestigious removals company
- Between 1-2 set jobs per shift (delivery or collections)
- Deliveries are to commercial and residential addresses
- 20% Driving work / 80% Porter work
- Additional Porters are provided on each job
- Tail lift box vehicles
- Average shift lengths are approx. 10 hours
- Start times are between 05.00-08.00am
- Occasional evening runs available starting at 16.00pm
- Overtime available if desired on weekends with overtime premium paid.
- No nights out involved
- CSCS card preferred but not essential

The pay rates for the role of the LGV2 driver are:

Pay Rates:

- LGV2 (Midweek) AM = £10.00 p/h (pay rate inclusive of holiday pay)

- You will be 'guaranteed' a 'minimum' of 8 hours per shift.
