Job Description
Daniel Owen are currently recruiting on behalf of a Housing Association in North London. Our client is looking for a Maintenance and Repairs Surveyor to join their team based in Southgate.
Daily responsibilities for the successful Surveyor will include:
- Managing contractors and monitoring repairs
- Site inspections
- Dilapidation surveys
- Deliver repair projects from start to completion
- Conducting asset condition surveysRequirements for the role:
- Educated to at least HNC level in building surveyor
- Experience of working in a similar role (Preferably perm posts)
- Previous experience carrying repairs surveying within social housing
