Job Description
Daniel Owen are currently recruiting on behalf contractor for an Estimator Quantity Surveyor to manage an office fit out project in Central London
Daily responsibilities for the successful Surveyor will include:
- Managing a commercial team and manage process from contractors through to final accounts
- Lead commercial aspects of a full gut out and re-fit of a 2-floor office unit
- Evaluating and monitoring contractual risks on a regular basis
Requirements for the role:
- RICS accredited
- Have experience in a similar role
- Great knowledge of construction methods
- Commercial experience
- PPP contract experience
- Preferably managed contracts combining close or over the £20M budget
