Senior Social Worker - Assessment - Good/Outstanding Ofsted

A Local Authority with a Good Ofsted is looking for a Senior Social Worker to join the Assessment team.

The service is stable, with most of the staff being permanent and the locums being there on long term contracts. I have contractors there who love the working environment, as all of the staff and managers are very friendly and supportive, making it easier to crack through the work before the end of the day.

I have worked closely with the authority for a long time, and I have never had a Social Worker turn down an offer from this team due to what they offer. I am happy to arrange a preliminary telephone chat before attending a face to face interview.

This is an Assessment based team, so you will need to describe the R&A process in an interview. You will also need an HCPC registration and experience as a Social Worker, ideally a couple of years.
