Duties & Responsibilities
- You will develop strong communication skills through regular contact with People Managers, Talent Managers, Payroll and wider customers.
- Create reports using spreadsheets for management information and working to deadlines, producing talent management reports
- Sourcing and screening candidates and CV's
- Selling the benefits of working forthe company
- Sufficiently identifying candidates
- Being involved in the interview process
- Advertising roles in line with company guidelines
- As well as this you will be responsible for;
- updating trackers
- on-going maintenance of all employee files/records
- org charts
- Job Posting
- CV sifting
- DBAD calls
- Co-ordinating interview schedules; rooms, diaries, equipment
- Job Description generation
- Updating recruitment tracking matrix
- Documenting talent processes and creating standard templates
Education, Training Knowledge and skills
- To be the right person for our team, you will be motivated and ambitious, willing to learn and put forward ideas for improvements.
- You will have the ability to cope with a variety of tasks and work well as part of a team.
- Ideally you will have worked in an administration setting before, however a willingness to learn and be part of a people focused business is more important.
- You will have strong people and customer service skills. It would be great if you already had experience of Microsoft Office packages.
- You will contribute to the development of a paperless and on-line HR transactional service by advising and working with colleagues to ensure robust processes and systems are in place.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical colleagues, translating complex concepts into simple terms where required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to deliver immediate tasks
- You are a naturally curious thinking, self-driven character with a passion for understanding customers and meeting their needs.
- Agile to change and pragmatic, you'll be a collaborative team player and be comfortable working in a high pressure, fast paced environment where identifying needs, providing solutions and adding value is a prerequisite.
