Salary: £36,000 to £41,000 per annum including Recruitment Bonuses
This is an opportunity to work in a Family Centre in Putney as a Qualified Social Worker dealing with family and parenting assessments within the community. There is an average caseload of 3 parenting assessments and 2 intervention assessments.
The centre works with families where parents need extra help to ensure their children long-term welfare needs are met. It also provides a safe environment for looked after children to have supervised contact with their parents, siblings or other family members.
The team is continuously developing through actively implementing the ideas of staff members, extra training and working through the Signs of Safety Innovation Project. This allows you to use your own ideas to shape the way you work with the service users.
