Job Description
Daniel Owen are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in North London. Our client is looking for a Building Surveyor Quality Inspector to join their team on a high-profile cladding replacement project.
Daily responsibilities for the successful Surveyor will include:
- Carry out quality inspections relating to cladding project
- Admin and contract management
- Compile and provide detailed reports to the surveying manager
- Managing project budgets
Requirements for the role:
- Educated to at least HNC level in building surveying
- Excellent knowledge of high-rise building construction methods and building standards
- Previous experience working on cladding or fire safety systems essential
- Excellent knowledge of fire safety standards
