We are currently recruiting for our German team in our London office (32nd flood in Canary Wharf, Citibank Building), Specifically we are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants. Our German team work with global healthcare & chemical companies as well as smaller biotech organisations to find hard-to-find, specialist talent quickly. They pay us to network, build long-term relationships with candidates across specific industries and "match" their open positions with the right candidates. That's where your skills come in.

To be good at this job you need:

Empathy - you need to be able to understand and get along with people, from the first conversation. Excellent German - business level. You'll speak with Germans daily, and need to be able to converse.
A serious work ethic. Recruitment is hard work and long hours, but with a huge payoff.

You'll join one of NonStop's highest performing teams, working with an established business area. Our German business leaders in London (three Managers) has made over 680.000€ in 2018 already and has much higher potential with a larger team. You'll be a key player in this - a genuine business partner to us and to our clients.

You'll be on track to earn £40.000 in your first year ("On Target Earnings" = Fixed salary of £20.000 + commission) and over £80.000 in your second, with no upper limit (some of our top performers made up to 140.000 GBP in their second year). We'll invest in you from day 1 to help you achieve your goals, through personalised coaching and intensive training - whatever the money means to you.
