Installations Manager (Permanent)

Precision Stone are master craftsmen specialising in the fabrication of granite, marble, quartz, and ultra-compact surfaces, using high-quality materials from leading brands such as Silestone, Caesarstone and Dekton.

Our advanced computer-controlled machinery combined with over 20 years’ experience allows us to produce any shape you require from large architectural claddings to beautifully designed bathroom and kitchen work surfaces.

TheInstallations Manager role:

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Installations Manager will be responsible for achieving the Right First Time targets, on time and in budget.  Maintain safe working practices for all installations through Risk Assessment, Toolbox talks, Site surveys.  As well as:

• Managing and delivering installation requirements
• Manage the fitters schedule to achieve sales targets
• Conducting Staff Reviews
• Manage consumable products
• Develop installation teams
• Forecast headcount requirements
• Oversee Quality Control Standards
• Conduct site reports 
• Review errors data to achieve install improvements
• Maintain weekly and monthly KPI’s

The idealInstallations Manager:

• Minimum 5 years installation Experience
• A-Level standard preferred not essential
• Strong Communicator
• Results Orientated
• People Manager
• Hands-on with a can-do attitude
• Scheduling experience

In return for your appreciated work as our Installations Manager, you’ll be rewarded with a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum on top of a range of excellent benefits.
