Embedded Software Engineer (Permanent)

Role- Embedded Software Engineer
Location- Malvern
Salary- £35,000-£50,000

My client is searching for an Embedded Software Engineer to join their team on the outskirts of Worcester, Malvern. The company has a large presence in the medical and security markets globally, you'll be helping develop the next gen of products alongside the talented team.

The role-

This role is great for someone who is interested in application development to complement your embedded development skills. The role will be 75% developing in Embedded C for DSP and RTOS systems with 25% working with C++ and JAVA for PC based software. Skills-
*Embedded C,/ C++
*OOP techniques (Java, C++)
*Software design and documentation, preferably using UML
*Software revision control tools (e.g. Subversion, GIT)
*Fault finding, test and verification
*Degree level qualification in electronic or computer science related subjects
*Two or more years' experience of software development in a commercial context
*Good Degree in Electronics Engineering or similar/related.
*Experience of product development cycle and production handover
