Assistant Building Surveyor (Permanent)
We're looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor on behalf of a private practice in the West Midlands. This highly successful firm has just opened a new office in the region so this is a very exciting new opportunity.
Our client is particularly busy in the Education sector with the majority of the instructions are in project work / contract administration although the role also involves some management of maintenance works, building surveys as well as some party wall. We're looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor with at least 1 year industry experience ideally in private practice / consultancy, you will probably also be working towards gaining your MRICS professional qualification which this firm will be fully able to continue to support.
The role mostly covers the Midlands area although there will occasionally be some work in Yorkshire in addition to this. The office base for the position is in Solihull although the firm is happy to support some flexible working as appropriate. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding team with a highly regarded practice.
