We have a new opportunity in Birmingham with an independent firm of chartered surveyors either for a Project Co-ordinator / Manager or a Building Surveyor focusing on project work. This firm prides itself on it's approach offering a personal yet highly professional range of specialist services to owner-occupiers, tenants, investors and developers of commercial real estate across the UK. Their consultants are highly results-driven and focused on service delivery with this ranging from project services through to cost consultancy and dilapidations.

Their Building Consultancy team provides a full Building Surveying service across the full project lifecycle. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Building Surveyor with a focus on project work to manage a programme of refurbishment works for clients in the leisure sector. You will be fully responsible for the successful delivery of this service and will be able to work with a wide range of clients. Recent / current work includes a number of commercial office fitouts, a leisure / hotel portfolio, a number of new build industrial schemes as well as a wealth of other projects in education and retail for example.
