I am working with an extremely successful scale up company, who sit within the FinTech/RegTech space, to find a Product Designer to join to the Product Team.

As the only Designer, you will work as part of the Product Team, working closely with Front End Devs, to translate business requirements into concepts, interaction flows and visual designs. They need some who can bring ideas to the table and can clearly communicate their point of view.
You will create design solutions that balance business requirements and meet measurable business goals, whilst taking charge of the entire Design System and extend it to all solutions.
In order to work effectively with the Developers (both in house and off shore), you will provide appropriate design specifications, create low-fi and high-fi assets, and review finished interfaces.
You will be responsible for executing all UI/UX stages from initial brainstorming to hand-over to engineering and will also gather and evaluate user feedback.
You will need:
*4+ years' experience as Product designer in SaaS projects, particularly in B2B
*An online portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design skills
*Experience in managing pattern libraries
*Proficiency in wire-framing and design tools such as Axure, Zeplin, Sketch and InVision
*Experience in financial services or enterprise software is a nice to have
