We are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the team in our client's restaurant based in Rugeley.
As a Sous Chef you will be assiting the Head Chef, helping tomanage all aspects of the kitchen, from daily checking sheets, labelling, ordering, stock takes, food preparation/presentation and maintaining high standards in all areas of the job. Service can be for up to 60 covers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a kitchen environment and have good time management.
They will be someone with good communication skills. a team player, someone who is passionate about what you put on the plate and will have the ability to maintain 5-star food hygiene standards.
Flexibility would be desirable as shifts will be 5 out of 7 days, andwill include split shifts and weekends.
Salary - Upto £22,000 depending on experience.
