Quality Assurance Manager - Cosmetics (Permanent)

An international company specialised in cosmetics industry is currently looking for their new quality manager to join their young and pleasant team located in a beautiful laboratory designed for engineers.

The company is a subcontractor of Cosmetics Company and they are working with prestigious brands on a wide variety of products which will allow you to interact with diversified clients who have different needs and requirements.

Missions:

• Defining crucial targets for quality department
• Be in charge and organize audits
• Direct Management of 2 people and transversal management
• Matric management of 15 people
• Dealing with client claims and offering solutions

Profile:
- Degree in Chemistry / Quality
- 5 years minimum experience in quality management with direct management in cosmetics / pharma or food industry
- GMP
- ISO 22716 / ISO 9001
- Good communication skills
- Leadership
- Proficient in managing projects and people
- Fluent in both French and English
