We are now looking to expand the Camm and Hooper team through the recruitment of a Restaurant Supervisor at our venue Tanner & Co in Bermondsey.
Working in our breath-taking venues alongside our award-winning team will make your new role feel much like so much more than just another job.
Alongside our Waiting and Bar Staff, our Restaurant Supervisors take on the important job of the hands-on management of ensuring that every one of our guests has an impeccable experience.
As our Ideal Floor Supervisor, you are the kind of person that:
- Everyone turns to when it comes to organising the drinks on Friday night
- Can strike up a conversation with anyone
- Get to the nitty gritty of what a guest wants and makes it happen
- Like a diamond shines bright under pressure
- Wishes that prosecco was available for free on the National Health
To be considered for the role of Floor Supervisor, you will have:
- Proven experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a pub, bar or restaurant environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proactive approach to your work
- Flexible - able to attend various shift patterns (morning/afternoon/evening).
- Great communication skills
Most importantly, you must be reliable, punctual, willing to learn and have a positive attitude. Given the scale of our events, you must be able to work well under pressure and deliver a first-class guest experience!
