Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Permanent)

NEW ROLE | CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR- 5 YEARS PQE | MERSEYSIDE

A leading firm based in Merseyside are currently recruiting for a Senior Solicitor to join their busy Clinical Negligence department.

On a day to day basis the role will consist of dealing with a varied caseload for Claimants which includes complex and high value matters. The role will consist of preparing for court hearings, attending conferences and keeping detailed record documentation. The successful Solicitor will also instruct counsel when necessary, supervise junior staff when required and advise clients to keep them informed of their ongoing case.

The ideal candidate will be at least 5 years PQE, have excellent knowledge of legislation and possess great supervision skills and the ability to market the company through events.

A driving licence and own transport is also needed for this position.

The salary for this position is negotiable depending on the experience.
