Part-Time Customer Service Advisor (Ongoing Contract)

We are recruiting for Part-Time Customer Service Advisors at South West Water on the outskirts of Exeter.

South West Water is focused on providing the highest level of customer service, to be successful in the role you will need to be a team player with resilience and a positive attitude.

We are looking for people who use their initiative, have excellent listening skills, the ability to show empathy and are committed to taking responsibility and exceed expectations in their job role.

Job responsibilities:

• Taking inbound calls on front line
• Making outbound contact with customers
• Resolving customer queries
• Administrative tasks and use of several IT systems
• Delivering excellent quality and customer service

£17.5k pro rata + bonus / incentives and overtime opportunities.

Working hours are rotating shifts from 8am - 6pm to include weekend working.

Previous customer service experience and excellent IT skills are essential along with the ability to handle pressure and prioritise own workload.
