Your New Role:

People are at the core of our business and we seek excellence.   We are keen to hear from individuals with previous Customer Service experience, who take ownership of their customers’ and colleagues’ needs in line with Microlink’s values.

The Case Advisors are responsible for the provision of a high-quality service to end users, line managers and internal/external stakeholders appropriate to the client.  You’ll be dealing with customers via the telephone and email and will support them by providing complete and accurate information.  You’ll take ownership of queries and follow them through to successful outcomes.

What You Will Have:

  • Exemplary levels of Customer Service with proven track records of exceeding customer expectations.
  • The ability to deliver a consistently positive customer experience, even under pressure.
  • Data inputting experience with accuracy in processing customer requests.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
