Clayton Nursing is currently representing an established Nursing Home situated in Scarborough currently seeking an experienced Registered Manager (RGN / RMN). The home caters for General Nursing, dementia and end of life.

You will benefit from a generous salary of up £40,000 per annum.

Applicants are required to be an experienced Registered Manager (RGN or RMN) with a genuine interest in working with the elderly. Communication skills are essential, and applicants must be able demonstrate effective management of a clinical team of HCAs and Nurses.

Requirements

Experienced Registered Manager.

Qualified Nurse RGN / RMN with a full active NMC pin registration

Experience of working in a general nursing home environment

An effective communicator, with a confident and influential leadership style, hands on management style and excellent organisational skills,

Up-to-date clinical skills
