Site Supervisor required for a large Landscaping Contractors based in London. Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor with a background or experience in Landscaping to join their project in London. The site is easily accessible from public transport.
Working hours are from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Responisbilites
- Supervising workers, subcontractos and work activities.
- Preparing and presenting site inductions and safety briefing.
- Assessing and managing safety hazards.
- Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place.
- Carrying out regular inspections.
- Helping project managers and Site managers plan the work programme.
Skills
- A positive attitude.
- The ability to communicate with, motivate, and if necessary discipline the workforce.
- The ability to understand drawrings and other contract documents.
- First aid training.
- Organisational skills.
- The ability to mediate to resolve issues.
