VP Product Design (Permanent)

A brand new role has opened up for a VP Product Design to join an online SaaS start-up who sit within the Media/Content space!

This is a super cool, 30 head start-up, who have raised nearly £1M so far in funding.
This is an opportunity to own, drive and manage the design vision, product strategy and roadmaps for their platforms, services and experiences.

You will Head up the Product and Design team, and lead, manage and support Product Managers and Designers across the company. Experience doing this before in a previous role would be beneficial. You will work closely with the CEO and COO to create consistency and alignment with Sales and Marketing, and partner with the leadership team with the aim of creating a seamless experience across the brand.

You will own and launch a completely new product, as well as managing the existing products, and manage budgets to ensure they are aligned with the company objectives.

To be suitable for this position, you will need as a minimum -
*Experience leading a design team in a start-up company.
*Experience working within a consumer subscription service.
*5 years' Design experience.
*You will have launched a product from scratch, which could include a rebrand or relaunch.
*Have created a unified identity across a company's product and brand
*Hands-on experience with a variety of user research techniques including user testing,
personas, user tasks and scenarios, internal and external user interviews
