What will you be doing?

As our Contact Centre Agent, you will take loan applications from either warm inbound or outbound call campaigns. You’ll establish customers' requirements and discuss the products available to them; providing quotes on our products, explaining the application process and options available.

Our Contact Centre Agents handle objections appropriately to complete the sale and aim to exceed set KPIs. You will demonstrate professionalism whilst delivering excellent levels of customer service!

What do you need?

If you have the following skills or experience, then this could be the ideal Customer Service role for you…

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a customer focussed role ideally within a call centre environment
  • Experience of handling complaints and managing customer expectations
  • A great team player with strong PC skills
