Quality Engineer (Permanent)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer. The successful candidate will be self motivated, ambitious and have strong Excel and data manipulation and interpretation skills.
Tasks and Duties will involve:
Internal & Supplier audit related activities including developing the audit plan, carrying out audits and ensuring suitable CAPA takes place.
Work with sales, suppliers, customers, production, R&D, DO, Customer support engineers, IT and others as appropriate in a structured way to define, measure analyse, improve, control & report on processes to reduce quality costs.
Carry out investigations into NCR's, CAR's and customer complaints that relate to FAR processes.
Work with Production, Maintenance, Production Engineering plus others to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
Create and maintain QMS Documents
Communication of Quality Improvement Opportunities.
Support collection and reporting of performance indicators
Deputise for the Quality Manager
