I have a brand new role for a well-seasoned, hands on Design Lead to join a thriving FinTech company in London. This is such an exciting opportunity to join one of the hottest tech companies on the start-up scene, stepping in to a really important and crucial role for the product division.
Although you will have some line management and mentorship responsibilities, this position is predominantly a hands on Design role, where you will create bar raising user experience across both mobile and web apps.
You will have a strong portfolio of personal design work, and join to team to tackle Design process's, culture, delivery model, and creating best practice ways of working.
*You will ideally have more than 10 years' design experience, and be a true expert in what you do!
*You must have solid experience working on Mobile Apps
*You will have experience designing complex design systems and be able to explain and demonstrate how teams have worked to these in practice.
