I have a brand new role for a well-seasoned, hands on User Researcher to join a thriving FinTech company in London. This is such an exciting opportunity to join one of the hottest tech companies on the start-up scene, stepping in to a really important and crucial role for the product division.

You will work very closely with the Product Director, to build a deep understanding of the customer base, and identify what problems need solving!

You will help to create a research culture by mentoring product managers, UX designers and engineers throughout the company on the benefits of user research and support them in developing ways of incorporating research into their every-day design practice, validating assumptions and testing solutions.

You'll collaborate in a dynamic, data-driven, creative environment including with the analytics team to ensure qualitative insights are used to enhance their usage cohorts.


*You will have many examples of how you've used user research methods to understand customer problems and insights to inform product design and the delivery of bar-raising user experiences.
*You regularly run user research as part of a cross-functional team before including usability testing on mobile, user testing and customer interviews as well as customer surveys.
*You must be able to fluently speak and write in English.
