An opportunity for a talented and passionate UX Manager has come up, within an ambitious, fast-growing, and now industry-leading start-up!

This company only launched a few years ago, but has already taken the UK by storm, and has now acquired a similar business in Germany, resulting in becoming Europe's largest business of their kind! They have raised over £14M in funding and are not stopping there!

If you like to work autonomously, from both a strategic and hands-on perspective, this could be the perfect role for you.

You will have ownership of representing the end-user, to maximise the companies success. You will design software user journeys, using your eye for strong information architecture, and flair for branding.

There will be equal elements of Designing and Analysing, and your work will involve User Testing, Focus Groups, Paper Prototyping, A/B Testing, Wireframes, Visual Designs, and providing consultancy to sprint teams.

To be suitable for this role, you will need to:
*have worked on Consumer Apps before as a UX Designer with 4 years' experience.
*Be comfortable working with data-driven Lean and "Fail Fast" approaches to software design
*demonstrate experience conducting user research, focus groups, interviews, and user testing
*Familiarity with behavioural tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics/Omniture.
