Brand new opportunity for a Customer Experience Designer to join a Saas marketplace start-up in central London, who are highly commercial but also socially driven!

This company are super young, having launched less than 4 years ago, but have already won multiple awards and are now in the process of building and launching their second product, which is B2B, which you will get full design ownership of, as well as their other product areas as the sole CX Designer!

As part of the product team, you will collaborate and engage at all levels and demonstrate a resourceful but ruthlessly determined drive to deliver success for all stakeholders. You will work very closely with the Head of Product, and the engineering team, plan and iterate complex workflows into easy to use elegant experiences.

As a critical role for the business, this is an opportunity to have a real impact on a company's success in the early stages of growth. You will be working with smart, passionate and kind people, where you can develop your own skills, and grow professionally.


Does this sound like you?
*At least 2 years' experience in product/UX/UI design experience and a portfolio featuring examples of interaction design work
*You are comfortable working closely with engineers and a short development cycle
*You want to put your commercial mindset to work in an environment where you are truly making a difference by helping people
*Having an understanding of CSS/HTML/Javascript is beneficial.
