Given the huge success and rapid growth of this 'Top 100 Hottest Start-up', the time has come to bring in a world-class, bar-raising Head of Product!

This Tech Start-up, who are a thriving online marketplace who are now post Series B, have already raised over $20M and are not stopping there! They have huge plans and ideas, and they need you to come in, build a roadmap, define the strategy, and transform it into customer value.

You will be leading a team of 3+ product managers and 2+ designers, and as part of the wider cross-functional product team, you will collaborate on all aspects of the full product lifecycle. You will be working very closely with the Head of Engineering (ex Microsoft), Head of Data science (ex uber) and many other talented individuals.

Given the stage of growth this company are at, it is imperative we find the right person to drive the product forward and lead the team to further success. With this in mind, the requirements to be suitable are as follows -

*You will have worked as a Head of Product (or Product Lead) in a small start-up (Seed or Series A), and have seen the product through at least until Series B.
*You are well established in the world of Product Management, with at least 5 years under your belt.
*You ideally have experience with product, commerce and marketplace.
*You will be very well seasoned when it comes to liaising with Senior Stakeholders, both internal and external, and can communicate well, at all appropriate levels.
