A well-established, top 200 Law Firm based in the heart of Blackburn is looking to recruit a Mental Health Fee Earner/Solicitor to their team.
This firm has been practising mental health law for many years and have a fantastic client base right across the country. They are expanding and in need of someone to join their team based in Blackburn.
You need to provide advice and representation in all aspects of Mental Health law. You will be a current member of the Law Society's Mental Health Accreditation Scheme and be required to undertake advocacy and all types of Mental Health Tribunals.
They are looking for experience in advocacy work and caseload in mental health cases. This includes commitment, teamwork and leadership potential.
You will be joining a top 200 Law Firm that offered excellent training and development to further your career. The salary is depending on experience as well as whether solicitor/fee earner. You will get 24 days holiday + banks + birthday + flexible working hours and working from home available. They also have a very generous bonus scheme!
