Quality Assurance Manager - Excellent Digital Agency (Permanent)

Are you an experienced Quality Assurance Manager? Looking to work 4 days' instead of 5 and still have full autonomy in carrying out your work? If so, you will have gained Software testing and scripting experience, preferably in the digital space. If so, I am currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to work for an excellent Digital agency based in Richmond.

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will enjoy leading the Quality Assurance strategy and work on a variety of projects! The successful applicant will be driven and flexible to take on additional responsibilities as the company continues to expand.

Key responsibilities:

*As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be leading the Quality Assurance strategy.
*Testing software and scripting.
*Among other activities you'll liaise with clients, coordinate work, take specifications, work with developers, designers and other project managers to devise digital solutions and build them.

The requirements:

*Quality Assurance Manager experience, preferably from a digital agency.
*Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science but not essential.
*Testing experience (writing scripts) is essential.
*A good understanding JIRA and Drupal CMS would be ideal.
*Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
*Highly developed business acumen and the ability to understand the wider issues of the industry.
*Experience using Content Management Systems.
*Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*Strong organisational skills.
