Credit Hire Litigator (Permanent)

Fast Track/Multi Track credit Hire Litigated fee earner.

I am currently working with a multi-disciplinary law firm that specialise in the Personal Injury and Complex Claims sectors and many more!

Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join their expanding Personal Injury department to deal with Fast-Track and Multi-Track Credit Hire claims.

The main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Handling a Litigated caseload of Fast Track and Multi Track cases from inception to competition which will include RTA and Credit Hire. You will also be responsible for timely and accurate maintenance of case management and billings, and competently meeting the requirements of the client's needs.

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate previous experience of running a litigated caseload and experience with Credit Hire, be up to date with relevant case laws and have a strong desire to progress their career further!

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a firm based in the city centre of Liverpool and has great transport links.
