Senior Application Engineer - Content Server (Livelink)

Key Core Skills
* Strong functionality knowledge of Content Server version 10 & 16+
o Experienced in administrating the applications and overall ECM Suite
o Experience of modules within Content Server (Livelink) applications
o Experience of upgrading the application to new versions and maintenance of ongoing patches
o Experience in supporting the application in mobile platforms
o Knowledge of Delivery Server (OpenText website Management)
o Experience of installing and configuring ECM Archive Server
o Knowledge of ECM Systems i.e. Asite, Sharepoint, Visual Files etc
o Experience of writing integrations between ECM systems
* Oracle Database analysis skills, System Admin Skills in OpenText ECM Products (Livelink, OpenText Everywhere, Delivery server, Brava) Workflow development.
* Strong and demonstrable experience of Content Server Search
* Strong experience of OpenText Delivery Server
* Experience of Configuring and Administrating OTDS and ADFS
* Must have recent demonstrable experience on development (web services, dotnet,Restapi,Oscript) within Content Server (Livelink) application & relevant modules
* Strong knowledge of LiveReports, WebReports, Workflows and administering forms.
* Strong exposure to Windows Severs
* Experience of databases - SQL, oracle etc.
* Advance exposure to HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS, Java, C# .Net
* Experience working within ITIL environments (v2/v3)
* 3rd and 4th Line support
* Advanced experience using Remedy
* Experience of recent migration of a complex data in any capacity.
* Experience of defining roadmaps across various DMS solutions with thorough analysis and recommendations
* GDPR issues and remediation.
