We are currently looking for fully qualified Fitter to join our fantastic team based in Johnstone, Glasgow.  We are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.

As the successful candidate, you will specifically focus on the safe and efficient maintenance of all plants and machinery at our Highcraig site

The ideal candidate will be an experienced fitter and be a competent welder fabricator. The candidate will have the ability to find solutions to maintenance issues and complete preventive maintenance inspections across all parts of the aggregate processing plant.

Quarry experience is not essential, although would be advantageous as would experience maintaining and problem solving on heavy construction-based equipment and machinery.  A flexible approach and willingness to learn new skills is key for success in this role.
