This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours, between Monday and Sunday on a rota.

What will you be doing?

Customer Service Advisors are key in ensuring that Weldricks Pharmacy provide our customers with the highest quality care and advice. You will ensure all telephone calls and e-mails are answered promptly and dealt with in an appropriate manner and that customers are kept up to date with the movement of their orders and enquiries.

You will deal with customer complaints in line with the web shop complaints procedure and liaise with the Head of E-Commerce in relation to any complaints that cannot be rectified within the complaints procedure.

Customer Service Advisors are responsible for liaising with the Pharmacy team on queries relating to Prescriptions and medicines. You’ll also contact couriers used where necessary to assist in getting updates on customer orders.

Additionally, you will review Trust Pilot responses on a regular basis, reporting any negative comments to the Head of E-Commerce & Directors of Operations. You will follow up with the customer to obtain further information to help resolve issues.

What do you need?

  • Proven experience in a call centre, customer service or client care role is essential
  • Personable attitude with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Resilient and able to deal with difficult situations
  • Flexible approach to work and problem solving
  • The ability to prioritise tasks to meet KPIs and SLAs
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new skills
