They offer telephone interviews for interested candidates saving you a costly commute and meaning you can get started in your next position really quickly.
This is a local authority where staff tends to stay long term on a locum basis, offering you the opportunity to develop your career with continuous training and supervision, even for locums. This will allow you to acquire more experience and better career prospects. For instance the Team Manager that you will be working alongside was initially hired as a Newly Qualified Social Worker.
