The Organisation is the voice of dentists and dental students in the UK. They bring dentists together, support their members through advice and education, and represent their interests. They are looking for an Assistant Accountant (Sales and Treasury) to join their Finance team.

Role Overview:

They are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their team. The successful applicant will be required to manage the efficient utilisation of their Cash flow banking system and maintaining and developing the Association's Sales ledger function. You will also be responsible for preparing the audit files and schedules for the year-end audit. Liaising with external auditors during the interim and final audits. Their office is based near Oxford Circus in London.

The ideal Candidate will have/ be:

• Excellent knowledge of maintaining and developing financial ledger systems (preferably Sage 200)
• Excellent understanding of book-keeping
• Experience in banking and a good knowledge of cashflow forecasts
• Excellent personal organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise, plan and work to tight deadlines
• Ability to interact with people at all levels
