We are currently recruiting for 2 teams in our London office (Canary Wharf, Citibank Building), Specifically we are looking for Recruitment Consultants, to work in our German team.

You will be based in the UK's Leading finance hub the central business district of the UK, overlooking London's famous landmarks on the 32nd Floor our London offers impressive views across London and has fantastic transport links to and from work.

Our German and Spanish teams work with global pharmaceutical & chemical companies as well as smaller biotech organisations to find hard-to-find, specialist talent quickly. They pay us to network, build long-term relationships with candidates in the pharmaceutical & chemical industry and "match" their open positions with the right candidates. That's where your skills come in!

To be good at this job you need:

• Empathy - you need to be able to understand and get along with people, from the first conversation.
• Excellent German and Spanish Skills. You'll speak with Germans/ Spanish daily, and need to be able to converse.
• A serious work ethic. Recruitment is hard work and long hours, but with a huge payoff.

Our German business leaders in London (three Managers) has made over 680.000€ in 2018 already and has much higher potential with a larger team. You'll be a key player in this - a genuine business partner to us and to our clients.

You'll be on track to earn £40.000k in your first year ("On Target Earnings" = Fixed salary of £20.000 + commission) and over £80.000 in your second, with no upper limit. We'll invest in you from day 1 to help you achieve your goals, through personalised coaching and intensive training - whatever the money means to you.

You'll become part of a fast-growing business with 5 offices in Europe now, and more opening in Luxembourg and Bucharest (this year), as well as next years US debut in Boston. People who joined us in 2017 are opening these - so if you are looking to "go global" - we can help!
