As a Sales Executive, you will join a well established, smaller team in the heart of Swindon, working Monday to Friday office hours, paying a basic salary of up to £23,000 with an uncapped bonus of £10,000+ OTE - which colleagues are realistically achieving. You will be office based, with both new business development and account management / client retention elements, with the opportunity to progress in the future, into a field based sales role.

As a BDE you will manage and have sole responsibility of your own client accounts (around 200 in total). You will work to an individual and team annual, financial target as well as sales activity targets.

You will be proactive and driven in approach, background and industry experience doesn't matter, providing you are willing to learn and can demonstrate successful sales career - whether that be 2 or 20 years down the line.

Key Responsibilities:
*Generate sales and renewals from existing/new and lapsed client accounts
*Self generation of sales leads and new business prospecting
*Qualify and prospect sales leads by telephone, email and social media
*Develop and maintain existing and new client relationships
*Plan own sales activity - ensuring all opportunities are explored and followed up
*Deliver revenue and sales activity as agreed by weekly/monthly annual targets
*Sales admin and CRM management

Attributes and Skills required:
*Proven B2B sales experience - product/service or solution
*Experience of establishing contacts, developing and maintaining relationships
*New business development/account management/generating revenue/securing appointments for field based staff experience
*Excellent verbal and written communication - articulate and confident
*Effective at identifying client requirements and match to product/service/solution
*Influencing, negotiation and persuasion skills
*Committed to achieving and exceeding sales targets
*Independent thinker
*Can do attitude
*Can think on feet, resilient
