Job Purpose
The Sales and Customer Service Advisor will be focused on both customer retention and new business, calling prospective clients from an established database and to follow up marketing campaigns. This is very much a customer relationship driven role opposed to outbound telesales.
Main Duties
- Retain existing customers to achieve retention and up sell
- Generate new customers
- To achieve target call numbers and conversions
- To become a product and service expert
- To work with the team and be an effective member of the team
- Handle incoming calls to support the customer service team in peak periods
- Any other requirements to meet the needs of the business
Key Competencies
- Previous experience in sales and customer service
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to develop and maintain relationships
- Highly organised
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Problem Solving and ability to use own initiative
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
