Serious Injury Solicitor 12 Month FTC (Permanent)

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a vastly experienced Solicitor to join a leading Law firm in the Merseyside area on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract.

The main responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to, managing a caseload of both Litigated and Non-Litigated Personal Injury claims which will mainly consist of Serious Injury and Multi Track files. You will also be able to identify subtle injuries and ask the relevant questions about the nature of injuries, attend Magistrates or Crown Court for hearings, be able to obtain relevant evidence and liaise with medical experts.

The ideal candidate for this role, will be able to demonstrate previous experience in successfully dealing with a caseload that consists of Multi Track or Serious Injury files. Ideally you will be a Grade A or B Solicitor or qualified through ILEX. You will also have excellent client care, fantastic working knowledge of CPR and other relevant case laws and be available to speak to clients during out of office hours on some occasions.

The salary for this role is paying up to c£45,000 depending on the experience of the individual.
